The information below covers our support commitments, refunds, cancellations, terms of service, and privacy practices.
Support hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm Central Time (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
We primarily deliver services and do not stock hardware. When equipment is procured on your behalf, the supplier’s return policy applies (often 14 days for unopened items plus any restocking fees). We advise those terms before purchase.
Entellitek complies with U.S. export laws. We cannot provide services to sanctioned jurisdictions or parties. Please notify us if your organization has special compliance requirements.
We are not currently running discounts or promotions. Any future offers will publish specific terms alongside the promotion and will be archived here.

These Terms apply to all services delivered by Entellitek (“we,” “our,” “us”). By ordering or using our services you agree to these conditions.
We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud migration, dedicated server provisioning, and domain registration advisory services. Descriptions and pricing are published on this site.
Work begins only after both parties accept a written quote or proposal. Managed service agreements renew month-to-month unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Services may not be used for illegal, abusive, or unethical activity (including malware, unauthorized access, or IP infringement). We may suspend services for violations.
We safeguard customer information, limit access to authorized personnel, and use vetted third-party platforms bound by confidentiality requirements.
Entellitek is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to fees paid for the affected services in the six months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate recurring services with 30 days’ notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment (over 30 days past due) or prohibited use. We assist with orderly off-boarding.
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes are handled in state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted here, and we notify active customers of material revisions.

We never sell your data. We share it only with vetted vendors who assist in service delivery, with regulators when required, or with successors in a merger/acquisition (with notice).
Data is retained while services are active and as required for legal compliance. We apply role-based access, encryption where appropriate, and regular patching. Upon service termination we return or securely destroy data as directed.
We use only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics; we do not run advertising trackers.
Our services are U.S.-based and intended for business users. Accessing the site from outside the U.S. consents to U.S. processing. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Policy changes are posted here and communicated to active customers when material.
