Refunds & disputes

• Managed services are billed monthly in advance. If agreed services cannot be delivered in a given month, we credit or refund the prorated amount for affected days.
• Project deposits are refundable prior to the start of work (minus non-recoverable expenses). After work begins, refunds apply only to undelivered milestones.
• Dedicated server and domain registration fees paid to upstream providers are typically non-refundable; we assist with vendor escalations.
• To dispute a charge, email support@entellitek.com within 15 days of invoice. We investigate and respond within five business days.

Cancellation

• Recurring managed services renew month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
• Projects can be cancelled anytime. Work completed through the cancellation date is invoiced per the signed proposal.
• Dedicated server rentals require 30 days’ notice; hardware is reclaimed at the end of the current billing cycle.

Returns of physical goods

We primarily deliver services and do not stock hardware. When equipment is procured on your behalf, the supplier’s return policy applies (often 14 days for unopened items plus any restocking fees). We advise those terms before purchase.

Legal or export restrictions

Entellitek complies with U.S. export laws. We cannot provide services to sanctioned jurisdictions or parties. Please notify us if your organization has special compliance requirements.

Promotions

We are not currently running discounts or promotions. Any future offers will publish specific terms alongside the promotion and will be archived here.

Service level targets

• Critical incident: response within 1 business hour; senior escalation until resolved.
• High priority: response within 4 business hours with remediation plan.
• Standard request: response within 1 business day.

These Terms apply to all services delivered by Entellitek (“we,” “our,” “us”). By ordering or using our services you agree to these conditions.

Services

We provide managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud migration, dedicated server provisioning, and domain registration advisory services. Descriptions and pricing are published on this site.

Quotes & orders

Work begins only after both parties accept a written quote or proposal. Managed service agreements renew month-to-month unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

Billing & payment

• Invoices are delivered electronically and due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
• Managed services are billed in advance; projects or hardware may require deposits.
• Payments over 15 days late may result in service suspension.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide timely access to systems, networks, and personnel required to deliver services.
• Keep administrative and billing contacts current.
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws and acceptable-use expectations.

Acceptable use

Services may not be used for illegal, abusive, or unethical activity (including malware, unauthorized access, or IP infringement). We may suspend services for violations.

Data security & confidentiality

We safeguard customer information, limit access to authorized personnel, and use vetted third-party platforms bound by confidentiality requirements.

Limitation of liability

Entellitek is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to fees paid for the affected services in the six months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate recurring services with 30 days’ notice. We may terminate immediately for non-payment (over 30 days past due) or prohibited use. We assist with orderly off-boarding.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes are handled in state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.

Updates

We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted here, and we notify active customers of material revisions.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, company) when requesting service.
• Configuration and support data needed to manage your IT environment.
• Payment details processed via PCI-compliant partners (we do not store full card numbers).
• Basic website analytics (page views, browser data) to improve site performance.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries, create quotes, and deliver contracted services.
• Send operational updates, invoices, and security notifications.
• Improve service quality and security posture.
• Comply with legal or contractual obligations.

Sharing & disclosure

We never sell your data. We share it only with vetted vendors who assist in service delivery, with regulators when required, or with successors in a merger/acquisition (with notice).

Retention & security

Data is retained while services are active and as required for legal compliance. We apply role-based access, encryption where appropriate, and regular patching. Upon service termination we return or securely destroy data as directed.

• Update or correct your information by emailing support@entellitek.com.
• Request deletion of data not needed for ongoing services or compliance.
• Opt out of marketing communications via unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Cookies & tracking

We use only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics; we do not run advertising trackers.

International access & children

Our services are U.S.-based and intended for business users. Accessing the site from outside the U.S. consents to U.S. processing. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
